]]> OTC Energy Services LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a fast-growing and one of the most rapidly expanding companies. This is evidenced by the acquisition of a production facility in the Turkestan region, in the Aksu village, on April 24, 2023.

The production facility in Aksu includes a mini-refinery with an annual capacity of 256,000 tons. Considering the Company’s rapid growth, management is developing plans for the expansion of this facility.

Currently, both units of the plant in the Turkestan region are fully equipped and operational. It should be noted that the products fully comply with the required standards, as confirmed by commissioning and quality sampling. The facility primarily produces fuel oil, naphtha, and heating oil.

Since its establishment, the workforce at the production facility in the Turkestan region has reached 41 employees. As the Company increases its capacity, the number of jobs is also expected to grow.

]]> “Over these 7 years, we have come a long way in our development and achieved success. We represent a rapidly growing and one of the fastest-developing companies. Currently, one of the most important tasks of the Company is its development and expansion.

We already have 2 oil refineries: one in the Mangystau region and the other in the Turkestan region.

We increased our capacity  from processing 65 thousand tons to 235 thousand tons.

Our annual processing capacity is now

300 000 tons
of raw materials.

We have grown from 85 employees to 272, representing
a growth rate of: 69%

The company owns the following infrastructure assets:

1. Electric grids;
2. Boiler rooms for heating premises and processing products;
3. Water supply systems;
4. Gas supply systems;
5. Railway tracks and roads;
6. Preparation of railway tanks for filling with dark and light petroleum products;
7. Workshop for crude oil preparation.

We produce:

    1.Fuel oil – M100;
    2.Furnace fuel;
    3.Naphta;
    4.Diesel fuel.

We provide services in:

    -Hydrocarbon raw material processing;
    -Testing and analysis of oil and petroleum products on high-tech equipment for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documentation in an accredited testing laboratory;

-Internal cleaning and external washing of railway tanks.

In our development plans:

Commissioning the third phase of the hydrocarbon raw material processing complex with a projected capacity of 830 thousand tons per year.

Additionally, launching a mini oil refinery in the Turkestan region with a capacity of 250 thousand tons per year.

To improve the quality, quantity, and variety of petroleum products, OTC Energy Services, LLP plans to introduce secondary processing processes with deeper oil refining up to 90% and beyond.

As a result, the product range will include:

  1. High-octane gasoline brands AI-92 and AI-95;
  2. Euro K-5 diesel fuel;
  3. Road bitumen.

Consequently, our production base will increase the number of job opportunities.
